Command Base
Client engagement · Ops diagnosis to build
Ran department by department discovery with a staffing company to find where work actually broke, then designed and built the operating system that fixed it. One relational base that tracks every stakeholder across their whole life with the company, and reports on it by department and company wide.
- Client lifecycle, end to end: a lead enters, becomes a deal, signs, gets paired, runs in maintenance, and is tracked right through to churn. No stage lives in someone's head or a side spreadsheet.
- Assistant lifecycle, end to end: the same treatment for VAs, from pre training and training through benchmark and endorsement, into the talent pool, paired, rematched, and out through offboarding.
- Analytics at two levels: per department for the people running it, and company wide for the people funding it. Revenue and gross profit pacing against quarter and year targets, funnel counts by stage, time to pair, time on talent pool, pairing velocity.
- Role scoped interfaces so sales, pairing, management, training, billing, requests, and offboarding each see only their own surface
- Automations plus an embedded training library, so the team could run it without me
